If you are trying to pay with a credit card and your payment is not going through, please double check your ZIP Code or Postal Code. Also double check the security number on your credit card. If the order still doesn't go through, we suggest you contact your credit card company directly.

If you are having problems paying by PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay please contact those companies directly.

Credit Cards
Funds will be verified with an authorization at the time of purchase, but your credit card will only be charged as each item ships. Orders with multiple items may be split into different shipments depending on where the items ship from, which may result in multiple charges. We do not accept international credit cards as a form of payment.


If for whatever reason, you are not 100% satisfied when you receive your item, you can return it to us. You have 30 days from the day that you received your item to return it to us for a full refund. Only as long as the products are unused and have all the original packaging.

We understand that the return shipment may take some time to arrive back at our warehouse and so we just need the returned items to be shipped out within 30 days, not delivered to us.

Need to return something? Let’s face it, returns can be a bit of a nuisance. You’ve ordered something, and now you’ve got to send it back. But don’t be upset, Artimera works very hard to ensure this process is as seamless as possible. Please get in touch with our Customer Service department, by sending an email to Please include your order number, and the email address or phone number, that you used when you made the purchase.

Customers are responsible for return postage costs.

Depending on the service & country you're returning your item(s) with, it can take 21 working days (excluding weekends & public holidays) to be delivered and processed by our returns team, we will notify you by email once this has been processed. 

We’re very sorry but we are unable to make any changes to your order once you’ve hit the ‘place order’ button, this includes the following:

Changing the item or size

Delivery/billing address

Adding items to your order

Shipping method

There is a 15-minute time frame during which you can cancel your order by locating the order in your account section and hitting the ‘cancel order’ button. After 15-minutes, it is too late to cancel the order and you'll need to wait until you receive the order, and then follow our returns process which can be found here. 

If you don’t have a customer account, we’re unable to cancel the order for you. You will have to return it once you receive it. 


Shipping is FREE to all countries. 


After your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link where you can track your order. If you did not receive this email, please check your bulk or spam folder and you will probably find the email there. 

Once you receive your tracking number, orders can be tracked by going to our Track Order Page.
